If anyone needs me to bring something specific for them, just call the store and let me know. I've already taken a couple orders.

I was thinking about going to this, would be my first gun show. I don't really need anything, so I'd be just wandering around looking. What should I expect?

$6, free parking, not far, can't go wrong.

Gun shows: no loaded guns is pretty much how it is. Gun shows I attend (opposed to working) are the occasions I carry a revolver. When you come in they will ask if you have any firearms. My answer is usually, "Just one." It is unloaded before entering the building, unholster, release the cylinder, hand it to the (usually uniformed Police Officer) butt first.

Po-Po puts a zip-tie on the weapon, re-holster and press on.

Smaller shows still have all the stuff, just fewer tables. There will be new guns, used guns, old guns, overpriced guns, knives, ammo, reloading supplies, beef jerky, magazines, holsters, military surplus (AKA milsurp)

Most (not all but most) of sales of firearms will involve an FFL, ATF Form 4473 is required. There are private sales at most gun shows, you'll see them.

Hey, the beef jerky at least sounds fun to try! Thanks for the info. I probably won't carry, but good to know for the future. Might bring some cash for a knife or some mags.

    In the country, hopefully.
AAR; took about an hour to mosey through. I’d say 30 plus tables, nicely stocked imo.
One gun vendor stood out to me as having decent AR prices with very nice parts and paint, but most stuff was a little high.
Talked to Brian of @Brian's Surplus and he said it was a little slow yet, probably the cold and snow, but people were really rolling in as I was leaving.
