I don't have an issue attending both/either one, but I do agree that it will leave less impact on the Saturday event vs a weekday......

If many thousand show up, it will be THE news nationwide. If no other noticeable news happens, it will be easier to make an impact when most media is off for the weekend. If less than a hundred show, it looks weak in a lot of ways.

That said, an ND at the 1500 on meeting day could be bad publicity.

So who's going to OC a long gun to this event? My OD green sub2k with a 33-round magazine in the well (or even my all black thumbhole stock 10/22 with BX-25 magazine and scope) "assault rifles" would probably scare the bejeebers out of the sheeple.

Wish I could attend the march at the capitol, but I'll be at Guy's comprehnsive gun law class. I'll be carrying while there, as I do everywhere, but that won't do much for the cause. Maybe I'll just open carry that day, so that I'm supporting the cause anywhere I stop on the way to or from class.

Does anyone know precisely where we can walk and stand while armed and not be arrested?

Are we legal outside the building or do we have to stay off the grounds?

    I watched the 6:00 o'clock news:

WTHR 13 reported on the accidental discharge at the gun show and said they'd report on the rally at 11:00.

WISH 8 reported on an accidental shooting at an out of state gun show (I don't remember where) and the accidental shooting at the 1500. They said hundreds were downtown at the statehouse.

WRTV 6 said there were "dozens" of people at the statehouse.:lmfao:
Either they :koolaid: ot they're part of the conspiracy :tinfoil:.
Maybe they didn't have anyone down there and they're just guessing.
Anyway, its clear WRTV 6 did NOT report the facts.

Did anyone get a good count?
    I estimated about 300.
    Correct me, if you know.

Maybe 500. I think 1000 is optimistic, but then again, lots of folks were walking with signs. I'm not good at estimating crowds though, so there might have been 1500 for all I know.
