I was ready for this year to be over before it even started (around noon 12/31/22), and it only went downhill from there. This year has been, without a doubt, the worst year of my life or my wife’s life. It can’t end soon enough.

Here’s to a better 2024, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath. Having too much hope and optimism has burned me in the past, and I’ve learned my lesson…

2024 is an election year. The socialist party is already showing they will do anything to stay in power. I look for it to get worse than last time.

On the world stage, China is becoming more vocal about Taiwan. They know this may be the last year with a weak US president who has been paid off by China over the years.
