Interviewing for a clean up person

I am getting ready to run an ad for a shop clean up and light maintenance person.
It is mostly janitorial and just general shop help where needed.
Good bunch of people to work with
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - ??
Pay is $8.00 to start. Reviewed after 60 Days
In car is fine with proof of LTCH

Ideally the right person will live on the west side of Indy near Avon.

I wanted to see if anybody here would be interested first before I run it else where.
