Noob from Indy, been lurking for a few weeks. I'm still trying to decide if I want to own a gun or just stay a sheep. I don't come from a gun owning family, so the decision so far is based mostly on inertia. I'm an older guy who so far has gotten by without it.

I took the handgun safety course a couple of weeks ago and I've done some handgun research, so I'm closing in on it. I'll have to make the decision myself, but this site provides enough good info to help out.
