    The State Fair Commission has been granted authority to set up their rules so that they carry the weight of law.

    HOWEVER, if I remember correctly, there isn't any explanation of any kind of penalty that breaking this rule/law (and getting caught...) will bring.

    I'll look for the code, but I believe it specifically says ejection AND forfeiture of your firearm.

    wow good info to know, thanks!! basicly when you need to carry a gun the most, you cant, that sucks!! maybe if they let us law abiding citizens carry our guns it would keep the riff raff who are gonna carry anyways out of the fair?
