Indiana Specialty Plate?

I saw a black Mustang on 465 NB (east side) that had the image of what looked like Isacc Davis to the right of the numbers.

It didn't look exactly like the Appleseed Patch above, but the image of a Revolutionary Minuteman with rifle was clear

he went by too quickly for me to get a pic

I've looked on the BMV site and can find anything, does anyone know what this plate is? It an Organizational plate?

Yes, it did. I couldn't make out the airplane silhouettes.
Now I am disappointed. I was hoping that it was a new Appleseed specialty plate.
