Indiana Nursing Home Loses at Supreme Court 7 - 2

In a great victory for individual rights the Supreme Court has said that patients of nursing homes actually have the power to individually sue over violations of their legal protections!

In this 7 - 2 decision SCOTUS has rejected the idea that only the State could hold the nursing home accountable.
