Anyone else having issues with this process?

I'm trying to change my address but when I log in it says ' Duplicate Requests approved ' with my old address , not my current one .

It looks like someone will be getting a new copy of my license, grrr !

Well today is day number 60 which is how long it's supposed to take to be approved or denied a carry permit and my application still says "Pending"

The portal itself tends to not inform as it should IMHO.
An email got me a quick response with the info I needed.
