IMPD Officer shot

He got maxed at 3. The judge could not give him any more, no smoke, no mirrors.

I don't particularly blame the judge. I blame prosecutors, law makers and attorneys.

I can get drunk and high, drive a car and crash into someone else, paralyze them for life and do 18 months in jail just to get out and drive impaired again.

I can probably go to AA meetings while in jail and get more time shaved off my sentence.
