I'm Looking for Something Rare

I am looking for a Smith and Wesson Registered barrel, any size will do. I came across a Smith and Wesson Registered, but the barrel has a slight bulge to it. You would not be able to tell without knowing exactly what your are looking for, or a micrometer. I am wondering if anyone would know where I might start looking for a barrel.
