I would take Guy Relford's legal opinion over Ciyou's any day.

"According to the terms thereof" refers to the face value validity not restrictions. Why would it make sense to have restrictions based on other state laws when Indiana has none? Quit thinking like a gun rag writer and CCW focus.

Indiana draws no distinction and there is nothing to charge them with. Guy is busy with free training for school personnel and authorized LTCH holders.
