Well, Thanks to a fellow Ingoer, I was able to get the machining done tonight. As promised, here are a few pictures.

Had that tricky receiver with the machined trigger guard, about 2 hours to show him what needed to be done and get it machined.

I'm going to use a slurry of black mulberry extract to protect the metal I want to keep from the HCl I'm dripping on the lower to remove the metal I don't want.
