I only skimmed through that video, but was disturbed to see a DOD training slide saying that talking about individual liberties and making the world a better place are signs of extremist ideologies. Who on earth made this presentation for the DOD?

I was telling someone else in a different thread that they will outlaw Christianity very soon and this is the guise under which it will be done. So it will definitely affect other races but as you know by the lefts standard, a African American conservative isn't African American, Latino the same.. this should really scare anyone with common sense but unfortunately many will embrace it.

Oops, I spoke too soon. This legislation is clearly directed at white supremacists so no need for Antifa or BLM to worry, they are free to continue their "peaceful" protests. Color me surprised.

Surely there must be some justification for this legislation somewhere.

They will go unanswered for now.. I garuntee it, because right now those groups are servicing their goal of extermination of conservatives and Christians or any other minds that oppose tyranny. No, there won't be a peep from mainstream about it.. not until they have served their purpose, then the left will devour their own once their own realize it isn't what they signed up for.. by then it will be to late.. at the risk of sounding like I'm trying to push my religious belief (and really I'm not) I believe Christ is our only hope and all these things are just parts of the puzzle falling into place that point to his return soon that's why Jesus said when we see these things and tribulations come on us and the nations.. "fear not because my return is at hand"

Yeah, I saw where someone did the math of how much blood planned parenthood has spilled and it was sickening.. if I recall, they estimated enough to fill 5000 Olympic swimming pools.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) "More and more, anti-abortion extremists, white supremacist groups and the conspiracy-minded "Patriot" movement have come to share the same enemies list." SPLC on Anti-Abortion Extremists So apparently if you have a problem with your tax dollars funding the stopping of a beating heart while it's in it's mother's womb, you are now a radical White Supremist.

Beyond the blatant overstep of the Federal .gov into States Rights, I am very concerned that my conservative values have just been lumped into a vast bucket of criminal extremism that doesn't fit the popular narrative. You've got a solid grasp of the situation. Except the part about the MSM missing it. Both the media and the democrat leaders know full good and well what they are accomplishing in the name of "women's health". They've fooled a lot of people into believing the sincerity of their claimed position.

While I won't argue that Sanger had some serious ties to racism and eugenics, the Planned Parenthood of today is not the Planned Parenthood of 1916. They provide a lot more services than just abortions. I understand some people don't like them and respect that, but saying the organization is still based on racism is no longer accurate.

OkieGirl, I am curious how you came about the text. This is almost surely what Rep. Schneider intends the Bill to be, I would just like to know how you came to find it on his House.gov site. (I would have never thought to look there)

Sadly, Rep. Upton, Fred [R-MI-6] is a co-sponsor. I wonder if any of the Representatives who jump on as co-sponsors of these Bills ever bother to read them? The rest of the co-sponsors are what you would expect.

Wrote to my Representative, and to Tucker Carlson. Mr. Carlson appears to be on a roll and not yet subdued by Fox's new management.

I wrote the following. Use any of it you find useful.

"I wrote to you yesterday regarding HR 127. I thought I had witnessed one of the most egregious attacks on the Constitution and Civil Liberties in our Nations history. Sadly, it appears that the Communists (Democrat Party members) are only getting warmed up in their effort to destroy our Nation.

Today I was made aware of the proposed text of HR 350. While the text has not been made public on Congress.gov (https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/350/all-info?r=1&s=4) it has appeared on the Bill sponsor's Web page (https://schneider.house.gov/sites/schneider.house.gov/files/DTPA of 2021.pdf).

I ask you to read this, in the context of your homeland and the history of communist and totalitarian governments throughout history, and assess the probable outcome if this Bill becomes law. Consider the Nation your children would live in, should the enemies of the Constitution prevail.

Call out the Sponsor and these co-sponsors at every opportunity, and challenge them on this Bill. Make them answer this question, "have you read the content of HR 350, and do you believe that supporting its content is consistent with your oath to support the Constitution?". Do you not see the potential for abuse and diminution of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendments?

Challenge those who claim support for this Bill to consider the ramifications of same if they are not in power. Ask what they believe the outcome of the Summer 2020 riots and insurrection would have been had this Bill been law and used as they appear willing to use it. Remember Do unto others as you would have them do unto you... If you violate this principle, do not whine about the out come when you no longer hold power. The most dark and terrifying acts in human history have been presaged by behaviors such as this Bill portends.

I ask that you put forth an amendment to the Bill which amends section 3 (b)(2)(A) to include "all communist and anarchist organizations to include at least Anti-FA, Black Lives Matter, By Any Means Necessary, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation" plus any others you see fit based upon your knowledge and experience.

I also ask that you put forth an amendment to this Bill which strikes the term "White supremacists" and inserts "organizations which do not adhere to and support the Constitution of the United States" in all location within the Bill.

The most foundational principles of the United States of America are under assault by domestic enemies. The Democratic Party has in fact become the Communist Party of the United States, and many of its members are working fervently to undermine and destroy this Nation's most foundational principles. I ask that you stand in the breach, and work to prevent the destruction of this Nation. Remind your colleagues on the other side of the isle that their proposals, words, and votes are being monitored and judged against the oath they took to “be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution”. Each Bill introduced, each vote given which is contrary to that oath is evidence of their perjury, and their enmity toward the Constitution and all of this nations citizens."

I had to do a lot of varied searches to find it. I tried to find it on Congress.gov but the text has not yet been published there, odd since it's been before the congress since the 19th. As you noted, the version I shared came from the author so I felt it to be an accurate representation of what is before congress.

While I have listened to KrisAnne Hall a few times on Constitutional topics (she has some well thought out discussions on states rights), I would prefer to read the source document myself before forming an opinion. I suspected it to have been published elsewhere online since others have clearly obtained a copy. I kept looking till I found it; didn't think the representative would have published it on his own site but that is where it turned up.
