I'm going to assume at that price that they have to be regular sights and not night sights. How hard is it to install night sights on a sig?

Not difficult if you have the correct SIG sight pusher. However, the tool runs $120+ so try to borrow one from a forum member. Do not install night sights with a hammer and brass punch as this method can damage the tritium vials.
