Have'nt seen anything yet on the other proposal H.R. 2814 which seeks to repeal the federal PLCAA law that protects gun manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits that try to hold them responsible for a third-party criminal use of their firearms.
Looks like this one has been pulled for now as well.

Indiana is among 17 states that just joined GOA in the Federal Lawsuit (filed in North Dakota) challenging the new AFT Ghost Gun and Firearm frame/receiver redefinition rules. This is well beyond filing "amicus" briefs . . . they're now officially plaintiffs along with GOA. This one is a major move challenging AFT, using in part (among other reasons) the SCOTUS June 2022 WV v EPA decision which held that Executive Branch Agencies cannot exceed Congressional Authority granted them to, in essence, legislate new law. This one will have to be watched over time as I'm certain Biden et al (DoJ and AFT) will appeal this until all appeals are exhausted. May end up back at SCOTUS which I predict would issue a rare, terse per curiam opinion *****-slapping AFT.

    P.S.
Brandon and is Easter Bunny have renamed ATF with a new acronym, AFT, as evidenced in several of his recent speeches.

FPC is saying that H.R. 1808 could come up for a vote tomorrow. The FPC has a link to send your Congress critter an email to oppose.

Well. Sneaky sneaky. They are voting on it right now.

The motion to send back to committee actually failed (along party lines except for 3 members or so) meaning it was allowed to have an up or down vote.

    Crazy.
