Mossberg 590, loaded with police "tactical" shells, so i dont accidentally blast my neighbors.

Always go tactical, strategic shells could take out the neighbors. So could a .30-06 in a subdivision (or in the country for that matter), so it is something to consider.

My go to is a 20 gauge 870 clone. I used to prefer a 12 gauge but my aging body has become more recoil sensitive.
