I have a mild sprain on my carry arm. (RH) as I put on the holster today and thought about the need to draw and potentially fire, I was wondering if my strong side arm would be able to do so. Tis got me to thinking, it may b1-2 weeks for the arm to fully heal. It makes me think that I should get a holster to carry on my support (LH) side if needed.

I practice on shooting left hand only, two hand with LH dominate. I just have not pre-planned to carry on the right side.

    Anyone already doing this step?

Absolutely. I've even done pistol classes with a left-handed holster.

In my case, it's because I choose to carry more than one gun and I was exploring the advantages and disadvantages of carrying a second or third gun that essentially mirrors the primary weapon in terms of carry position/mode.

You may find that at some point you prefer to carry two (or more) as well and having duplicate guns and holsters on each side makes really good sense.
