He is not posting this for personal gain, all funds go directly to the Ft Wayne Rifle and Revolver Club near Harlan, Indiana. He is volunteering his time to further the sport of NRA Highpower competition. And to give those adults and Juniors interested in the sport a solid basis to begin competing in the magical world of NRA Highpower rifle tournaments.
We do this every year in April and we usually have a full classroom and firing line. Each participant has a personal coach who volunteers his afternoon to the same goal.
Rifles and gear are available from the club and the individual coaches for those who may not have them. No scopes, iron sights only. It is the same course of fire that was developed by the military early in the 20th century.
If you have heard of the National Matches at Camp Perry, that is what this is all about.
