( PRICE DROP: $225 SOLD) I have Hi Point 995 carbine (older stock style w/ heat shield) w/ two mags that I'd like to trade for a Hi Point 4095 or 4595. I am the second owner. Approx 400 rounds total through the rifle. Can add some cash for a newer, railed models or make up the difference in 9mm or 7.62 x 39 ammo.
