I still have to read the full opinion but it looks like one more illegal restriction will be lifted.

The whole firearm age restriction issue just burns my ***. If you are old enough to be in the militia (10USC 246), to be conscripted into the service of your Country, and to vote weighing in on every aspect of your Nation's governance, they you **** well are old enough to excersise EVERY right guaranteed to you by the Constitution.

Want to raise the age to own or buy arms? Raise the age of entry to the militia, to be conscripted, and to vote!

Will only apply to the fourth circuit. I wonder if the Trump appointed judges affected this.

A good start, but nothing has changed. Just overturned a dismissal and told them to actually hear the case. Of course now we have to see if they will ask to have it heard en banc
