I just let my concrete subcontractor know. He had about $15k worth of tools stolen from Broad Ripple area about 3 weeks ago.

Good reminder to put something identifiable on your tools, or have serial numbers saved. I had a case very similar to this a couple years back. It took a semi trailer to remove all the stolen tools from this house. Generators, compressors, saws, nail guns, etc. It took a solid 3 days to go through it all. Maybe a half dozen people had any sort of documentation on their stolen property.

My father in law got hit so many times his ins co cut him off. Guess they got tired of buying him new tools every 3 yrs?

Hope the perpetrators are castrated by towing strap.

My dad engraved all his tools in the plastic housing:

“Stolen from Joe ***** 317-786-****”

I know how hard I work for my tools, if they were stolen I'd sure want a crack at getting them back...
