So I was just curious to whether there are any Walmarts with guns left. I was in the one in Paoli last year and they did. Anyone else?

Ft Dodge, Iowa does. they have a map listing the states it was ok to sell to (Indiana is not allowed).

their handgun ammo was cheaper too. $16 for 50 rounds of federal .45acp. i cleaned 'em out. :)

West side Evansville still does..soon to change though, possibly by 2012. from what I understand all super walmarts built after a certain year{2005 I think} stopped carrying firearms and any wally world that goes under a "renovation" or update will get rid of their firearms from that year on. of course this could all just be a rumor..I heard this from the sporting goods manager at my local walmart.:dunno:

I bet it has to do with the Store Manager. They have alot of say of what goes on in their store. If they don't want to sell guns, they don't have to. My second guess would be that the store does not sell enough to support having them.
