He must not know that you should avoid a fair fight. I guess he thought the homeowner should have just taken a beating from the 3 thugs.
Another example of the unfairness in this incident ..........The getaway driver was only caught because the Police must have had
one of those "High Powered " engines in their car , giving them an unfair advantage . I`m sure she could sue for damages ......

My favorite was “raging”. In all the shooting you have ever done have any of you seen a “raging” firearm.

Now the fear settles in for his peers.

“I mean there's choices you have to make. There's peer pressure. Your friends are going to want to do things that you know in your gut are not right,” said Smithart.

It's a message that's now part of a young legacy.
With any luck, his peers will think long & hard about committing the same behavior in the future.

I see one claiming to be “raging”, but it appears quite under control…. LOL

I am sure this marketing will be the next Remington style lawsuit…
The next one has already started. S&W is getting sued in CA over their M&P AR after a shooting with one. They are claiming they can because S&W was breaking the law in CA by selling them. Deceptive advertising law to be exact. M&P stands for military and police and the vast majority of them are not in use by either of those. Heck I don't think any military uses them, but not sure.

I'm still trying to make sense of this:
"Although Jacob Redfearn was mowed down and mutilated by the spray of bullets from the AR-15, police were able to respond to the scene."

So are police usually not able to respond when someone gets mowed down and mutilated?

Who would respond to a scene with the spray of bullets coming from high powered assault weapons?
