The next one has already started. S&W is getting sued in CA over their M&P AR after a shooting with one. They are claiming they can because S&W was breaking the law in CA by selling them. Deceptive advertising law to be exact. M&P stands for military and police and the vast majority of them are not in use by either of those. Heck I don't think any military uses them, but not sure.

All three, according to one article I read it was one bullet each. So either the other 2 just stood there after he shot the first, or that guy is fast and accurate.
