I just noticed this on the bottom of the page:
Factory Seconds – These Wellco boots are factory seconds. Some may have scuffs, mis-stitches, over-drip, missing insoles or other minor defects. Most are in excellent shape, and you would not be able to tell the difference. All are wearable and serviceable.

    are these milspec boots?

and does anyone know how do the sizes stack up??

Yes they are milspec, I have a pair that was issued mid tour in Iraq. YRMV but of all the boots I was issued these listed are by far the most uncomfortable I've had. For sizing I've found with desert boots you want to go down one size for most. I'm a 12 and these were issued in 11 and fit like a 12.
