Gift Certificate Question

Gentlemen,
I was going through some papers while move and stumbled upon an old Christmas to me from my Aunt and Uncle, inside it contained a Gift Certificate for $60.00 of course its expired.
Is there any thing you can do for so my aunts money doesn't go to waste? It is in perfect shape , you can tell its be stored away.

The GCs are good for a year. How far out of date is it?
