My CZ P10F had aggressive texture. I fixed it by putting rubber on it. You can see it in the photo above.I want the gen 5. I don't want the grip rash. If I get one I'll have the texture doctored up. That aggressive texture and jackhammer gun, ouch. So that's my work around, have it sanded off.
I mean, did they actually put some rounds through it without gloves on.
Good idea. I have one for the 19/22 frame somewhere so I've used it before on my gen2. I can try it out on my rtf 22.Instead of sanding the rifle texture off consider putting a rubbery grip tape like those from Talon grip. It gives good grip while protecting your hand from the rough grip texture of the frame.
No kidding! You have a big hand!Holding 1911

Holding the full size PSA Dagger
my little finger is mostly on the grip, but you can see the line on my finger where the grip stops.

I used the grip tape on my Gen3 17 & 19 to add more texture. But I also used the grip tape on my Gen4 to tone the texture down a bit. Another rough grip that I mitigated using a grip tape is the Kahr CW45.Good idea. I have one for the 19/22 frame somewhere so I've used it before on my gen2. I can try it out on my rtf 22.
