    Well this door is the one on my attached garage which is just a one car garage. It has the extension springs that run alongside the tracks. I found a set at Lowe's super cheap. So based on videos from the manufacturer it doesn't look too bad. I'm going to go ahead and tackle it myself since I don't have to jack with tension springs.

    Springs are rated for the weight of the garage door, some doors are heavier than others. Usually the springs have color markings on them to tell you which spring weight it is, but the color wears off so look close at your old springs and you might find a color on one end. This will identify how many pounds the spring is for. Otherwise lookup average weight of your door size and material build, insulated or not and that will give you an idea, only other way is to unhook the springs and weigh the door in place.
