Unfortunately, the "gun fight" will not be lost or won in Congress. It will happen in the Supreme court.

If the next Supreme Court judge is another liberal activist, a lawsuit to end the PLCAA will be brought and taken to the high court, where the PLCAA will be found 'unconstitutional", allowing firearm and ammunition manufacturers to be relentlessly sued into oblivion leading to their demise or pricing that none of us could afford.

    ^^^This!^^^

Unfortunately, this is going to be the problem that is going to affect so many 2A issues going forward, and something that we are going to get stuck with for a long, long time due to the lifetime appointments. If/when Hitlery wins, her appointments are going to change our lives for the bad, permanently. We are basically screwed no matter what the public opinion polls say.

So if you vote for Hildebeast and she chooses a liberal justice that will help to seal the fate of the 2A! Think.

You guys forget that the Senate has to approve SCOTUS appointments. We need to make sure Republicans still have a majority in the Senate in order to block any potential liberal SCOTUS appointees. As long as we keep control of the Senate, HRC will just be another liberal that doesn't get anything "accomplished."

What you say is correct on paper. The problem is that we have a bunch of tough talking spineless blowhards that call themselves Republicans, and will crumble and cave in when the media paints them in a bad light. They won't hold out for 4 years like John McCain said they would, maybe 4 weeks at most.

The real problem is that, despite what they say, they all believe in banning them too.
