Not that I’d condone vandalizing public property

One year while living in Chicago, the local news showed video footage from a camera angle of a guy in a santa suit with a larger gift wrapped package and a step ladder. He approached a stop light camera, set up the ladder, climbed with the package and placed it over top of the camera. The bottom was hollow. Santa climbed back down the ladder, folded same and walked away with ladder in hand. Apparently he was never found. I knew the intersection; Harlem and Roosevelt; on my way to work.
