If you love this country so much, drive an American car!
What does that even mean, just the name on the back or the actual car itself?

I remember reading recently that the most "American" made car was the Honda Ridgeline. Assembled here, most parts made here but has a Japanese name.

Should I get a Chevy Trailblazer (made in South Korea), Jeep Renegade (Italy), or Buick Envision (China)? Or a Subaru Outback, Toyota Highlander, Honda Civic made in Indiana?

Does that mean it is better to buy a car made in Indiana that the profits go to another country?
