Im such a firm beleiver in JMB, I gave away the only glock I owned, and bought a Hi-power to keep my 2 1911s company in the safe. If I ever hit the lottery, An M2 or three will likely also accompany them (and many more 1911s and Hi-owers) into the walk in safe that would be constructed as a shrine to JMB...

The boss had a bunch of Glock stuff he brought back from a trade show last year and that reflection in the glass counter top caught my eye... had to take a pic of it.

    And also...

I finally found out exactly what it was good for!!

Good eye. That's even neater that you spotted the shot, and took the pic yourself. I thought it was something off the net.

You can fondle and play with your 1911's day after day ... week after week. You might even carry that 1911 on your next grocery run. However, when the skies grow dark and the apocalypse looms on the horizon, you know deep down inside that you will not be tossing that 1911 in your go-bag.

This is not true. If TSHTF I will have my Colt Custom Shop tweaked 1991A1 on my hip and one of my SOPMOD II clones on a sling.

Even if I had a 1911, I would never shoot it, or carry it. The only thing I can think of that I would do with a 1911 is try to get rid of it. Maybe trade it for a real gun...
