    That is very nice, Sylvain!

    It's the grave of Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de La fayette (known just as Lafayette in the States).
    A ceremony is held there in a small Parisian cemetery since the end of WW1 to commemorate America's birthday, but also the friendship between our two countries (and militaries) since Lafayette served with both armies.

    Apparently US General Pershing started it.

    I need a flag pole thingy.
    I have a flag but I can only display it folded on shelf at the moment.

    I believe it's better to not display it outside than to display it improperly though. :dunno:
    Plus I don't want it to be damaged by the elements since it's a gift by a fellow INGOer. :ingo:
