It's the grave of Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de La fayette (known just as Lafayette in the States).
A ceremony is held there in a small Parisian cemetery since the end of WW1 to commemorate America's birthday, but also the friendship between our two countries (and militaries) since Lafayette served with both armies.
I need a flag pole thingy.
I have a flag but I can only display it folded on shelf at the moment.
I believe it's better to not display it outside than to display it improperly though.
Plus I don't want it to be damaged by the elements since it's a gift by a fellow INGOer.
