Here is a place to post your flag display (or someone else's) and other pictures related to the 4th of July celebrations.

Here's one from France, at a ceremony held in Paris every 4th of July since at 1918.

It's the grave of Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de La fayette (known just as Lafayette in the States).
A ceremony is held there in a small Parisian cemetery since the end of WW1 to commemorate America's birthday, but also the friendship between our two countries (and militaries) since Lafayette served with both armies.

Apparently US General Pershing started it.

The flag on my house and the shirt I wear every year for Independence Day and many other days as well.

I need a flag pole thingy.
I have a flag but I can only display it folded on shelf at the moment.

I believe it's better to not display it outside than to display it improperly though.
Plus I don't want it to be damaged by the elements since it's a gift by a fellow INGOer.
