Found This Ammo Ad Amusing

I was glancing through the ammunition section of a new catalog this evening and found this ad.
"Right to Bear Ammo is designed for the most discerning shooter. The tight tolerances allow for 99.9% accuracy."

I guess if you use this ammo, there is only a .1% chance you'll miss?
