I have a Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B). It is a one sided document and no where does it read that it must be filled out in ALL CAPS. Is it possible these documents vary or I have an older one? My other forms are at the PD. Did the prints and the chief has to sign it. I notice those say I'm supposed to mail them to IL but after reading through here that's not the most current address? Right?

Is it in the print on the back? I seem to recall something to that effect.. someplace..:dunno:

The current address in Atlanta, GA. I don't know what the certificate of compliance is. Mine was a photocopied doc called the Declaration of Citizenship.

I scanned a copy. It does say to use black ink and all capital letters.

Fenway, if you need another copy let me know, I have extras.
Or you can just print this pic.

Thanks for the pic BC! I'm looking at the spot where your form reads "All Caps"

My form does not have that and it was handed to me by ACME on Sunday at the 1500. Think I'll be ok? Maybe the form I have is older? Or newer?

As long as you used black ink and the letters are clearly written, I doubt you will have any problems.

As far as the age of the form ACME gave you, hard to tell, but with the volume of CIII items that Joe sells I am sure what he gave you is good to go.
