I just picked up a couple lower end surefires....they cost like 80 bucks and are either 15 lumens or 200. should be good lights.

We have the G2x's marked down now for $60. These are the 320 lumen versions.

Be fine for a vehicle light though to just leave until needed. Anything you may recommend? My buddy has an elzetta that is perfect but no way I'm shelling out $200 bucks for it!

The E35 Ultimate would be a great light to leave in your car.

You could also go smaller and get a mini ML. It's a twist head lights, but has a lot of power, and wouldn't take up much room in your car.

The Fenix is a better built light. The lumen numbers will be more accurate on a Fenix as well. Plus, the lifetime warranty is a great value as well.

We just got back a Surefire P3X. This was a customer return. They tried the light and exchanged it for something else. Save $25 from the price of a new one.

yes. They are fine. Very similar to a Fenix or Foursevens. They tend to have a much shorter warranty and not as good customer service as Fenix or Foursevens.

These are just 1.5v AA batteries. Any of the AA powered lights we sell will use these without a problem.

Finally settled on the Quark QP2A-X; it arrived yesterday.

TSA or Spirit stole my Streamlight MicroStream when I was on the way to Detroit from Houston, so I've gotta get another one now. They also took my $1 LED flashlight I had in the same pocket of my bag. I should have carried them on the plane with me.

So this is not going on a gun? I have a surefire that would fit in my pocket but Jeep has a Maglite. Cant say I carry the surefire at all though.
