So I'm planning on shooting my first USPSA match later this month, and I have a couple of questions.
I joined the USPSA, and I am wanting to get classified, but I'm not sure which class I should shoot. I am shooting a .40 Witness-P and I am wondering whether to shoot Production or Limited-10. If I read the rules correctly, I must de-cock in Production, but not Limited. The Witness is capable of Condition 1, and I would prefer shooting that way, but would I be at a big disadvantage in Limited for very little gain?
Also, I just started reloading and I don't have a chronograph, so I am going to use factory ammo to be on the safe side. That being said, I am looking at WWB, 165 fmj. Winchester claims 1060 fps on their web site, is this fairly consistent? I would like to make major.
Thanks for all the help.
