Favorite Brand of Bacon

I've had the goose brand sausage and it was great.
The bacon I love happens to be turkey but it's amazing and anyone I've ever made it for lives it. Wellshire farms at whole foods.not sure if anyone else had it.

Alright can anyone tell me where to find pork belly locally around the west side of Indy or I guess in indy.

My local Meijer sometimes carries it, so I assume you could also request it and they could get you some.

I went out and bought a pound of Wright bacon, and was pleased with it. Nice, thick slices. Fries up nicely. A good supermarket choice.

It wasn't as good as that hipster/hippy bacon ya'll accused me of buying from Goose the Market, though.

I still need to go on and check the owner's thoughts on the 2nd Amendment, though.

I love Vogel Certified Organic Farms' Bacon !!

We "bake" it in the oven (microwave + convection) most every day

I prefer to roll my own. This batch of 12 pounds was apple wood smoked. Very tasty!
