Detroit flight saved from terror ring on anniversary of 9/11! OMG!!!

NORAD sent two F-16 fighter jets to escort an passenger airliner on Sunday. It seems that multiple brown people tried to use the bathroom during the flight, and Federal agents with LMGs came to take over the airplane after it landed. The brown people were safely detained and taken to cages where they were stripped and given cavity searches, then interrogated for hours.

This is what profiling looks like in the real world.

The police had three dogs with them, she said. After leading the three cuffed passengers away, police asked the remaining passengers to board buses and took them to the Romulus police headquarters for interviews, Duggan said.

I encourage you to read on. Read what one of the detainees had to say. See the situation through her eyes. Understand the humiliation & disregard for her rights (our rights). How did she do anything that constituted Probable Cause of a crime?

I heard the SWAT team found the "weapon of mass destruction" in the toilet. It was apparently chemical in nature.

You know, just to be fair to our good law enforcement officers, they probably were reluctant to do the body cavity search on the guy who had to spend such a long time in the bathroom, even with gloves.

The article published in Russia Today actually seems to draw a lot from Mother Jones. Moreover, most of the events it discusses can be found in mainstream media. For example, the Newburgh "terrorist" case was pretty darn close to entrapment. Even the judge at the trial was outraged by the government tactics. So what I'm saying is that this is not exactly news to people who've been paying attention to so-called domestic terrorism. So the source, Russia Today, isn't too relevant in this matter.

I'd like to think FBI does valuable work. These cases, regrettably, do not reflect the FBI at its best. We should have no part in entrapping dimwitted or desperate people.

Let us not forget that it costs about $10,000 per hour to operate an F-16, and that, had she actually been a terrorist with a bomb, there is nothing an F-16 could do to prevent detonation thereof. Tax dollars at work.
