There is unfortunate validity in his arguments.

If the old INGO (banned) Trooper hadn't died - I'd swear this Trooper were him. But he isn't. Because old (banned) Trooper is ded.

That article is full of hyperbole and grossly exaggerated claims. While there have been plenty of attacks upon liberty by the current government, let’s focus on the real ones instead of making them up.

    dictator for life?
    forced colonoscopies?
    no private property?
    martial law?

The author is jumping to unfounded conclusions in order to sell his book

No, I didn't read it, but then again, I don't have to.

    1. The Constitution still stands.
    However...
    2. Leftie lawmakers don't really care, they just do whatever the hell they want.
Anybody speaks out against is either a racist, or a threat to democracy.
    3. Conservative lawmakers, for the most part, are pretty much a thing of the past.
Once elected, it's all about keeping their cushy jobs.

So... it may as well be suspended.

I think that is the real point. Maybe not formally suspended, but in practice many (most) are breaking their oath quite frequently, quite flagrantly. The results, either way, are predictably the same.

Well, in at least one sense, we HAVE no "private property" if the government can repossess it for not paying our annual government fees.

And when the courts tell citizens they have no "standing" to question election results . . .
