I have a large Voyager with a lot of crud around the pivot. How easy would this be to take apart AND PUT BACK TOGETHER correctly? It looks easy to take apart, but its the latter part of my question that concerns me.

I want to clean it out and maybe hone it a little to make open with a flick a little easier. I did email Cold Steel. I also know that there answer will be don't take it apart. I'm also not sure if slicking up the movement will be of any benefit.

Any places to send it and have it done?
