The county isn't filing charges but should be. Being a former Sheriff's Deputy, he knew he couldn't just walking in someone's house. Being a thief he should have never been hired.

No charges filed because it was deemed that there was no criminal intent.

Somehow that makes it all better. :n00b:

Which confuses me. If I enter someone's home as a government official, knowing it would be illegal, isn't that in and of itself displaying criminal intent? They can't just walk into our homes as long as they aren't intending on robbing or raping someone.

Yeah, it's Georgia. People have guns.

Regardless, wha't so hard about taping the ticket to the front door after no one answers?:dunno:

That grass was a lawn bomb just ready to blow. Being the expert on lawn weapons, I though you'd understand the urgency.

Out local code enforcement retards are near as bad. They have cleaned up the area and good on them but now they are really reaching to keep their jobs and a steady revenue stream flowing. Lady across the street caught one in her back yard. She is remodeling and has a permit posted in front window. There is a debris pile in the back yard fro the demo. They are not done as yet. He just opened the gate and walked in apparently to site her for the debris pile. Her 2 GSG's lit him up. She almost shot him and the contractors threw him over the fence. Not sure how this will end up but he is a mess.
    Thought Jeremy could relate.

They should tie this code tyrant to a tree and flog him along with all of the rest of the tyrants that foisted this garbage on us.
