Well, here's the thing.
Do any of them?
It's called "honoring the threat". Or in some circumstances in the Navy, a "fleet in being" (A fleet that affects policy/strategy without even leaving port... just by existing. An example, Bismark and Tirpitz had a much bigger effect then was warranted by the damage they actually did.)

Is that the same as Ambassador Bridge? If so google traffic as of 30 seconds ago shows traffic at a stop and bridge closed
