If you have a local gun shop, they are usually very good about sending a firearm back to manufacturer. My even supplies the box to ship it.

updated - well i got the gun back from taurus. i tested the trigger with a few mags of snap caps and it seems to drop the hammer just fine now. they told me 6 weeks, i got it back in 12 days. i'll get down to Parabellum in the next couple weeks to test fire.
