YouTube - ABC News Covers Open Carry in Livermore CA. Captures Illegal Detainment and Search

A Livermore man was giving an interview to local ABC news station in the San Francisco Bay Area about Open Carry when multiple officers from Livermore PD came "in response to a 911 call" about a man with a gun (MWAG).

They proceeded to over react with a show of force and illegally search the man and detain. One officer showed up with an M4 rifle. There was no probable cause. There was no reason to believe the man had done anything, the TV new crews captured the event on camera and played it on the news.

Because he's in california. There the only way to legally open carry (in most cases carry at all) is with an unloaded firearm.
