Feinsteins bill isn't going to be considered in the overall gun control package heading to the senate floor. It is still up for being amended to other bills, but will not be in the main package.

I guess Reid didn't want to deal with the repercussions there...

Stay alert, but it knocks the passability of the proposal down a few major notches.

Chucky Schumers bill was a living nightmare.....and it never would have gotten out of committee if it had been fleshed out when they voted on it. Many dems turned on it once they read it.
