Brace or not to Brace

Has the ATF ever came out with a decision on pistol braces yet?? Can have can’t have total length etc.... I haven’t seen anything.

Last I read, atf was considering a "point system" to determine brace vs stock. From the looks of it,

They do pretty much whatever the hell they want these days...
Last I heard they had declared the Rare Breed trigger a machine gun... I was really wanting one of those.

Personally I would not invest anything else in the braced pistol concept, and I would consider selling what braced pistols I have.
