I can’t keep up with all the mayhem that goes on, but I don’t think I’ve seen this covered here on INGO.

From several articles about this guy:

Raad Almansoori beats woman who worked as escort to death in Manhattan hotel SoHo 54, flees.

Goes to Phoenix, stabs woman and steals her car, drives to McDonalds where he crawls under restroom stall door to stab a woman (he apparently intended to rape) 3x in the neck.

Cops arrest him, he tells them to google “SoHo 54,” and that he intended to call an Uber, kill the driver to steal his car so he could go kill his parents.

Has history of kidnapping/raping/stealing cars from women in several states.

His half-sister says she hopes he gets what’s coming to him.

He says “Women don’t like me.” :ugh:

PLOT TWIST: Maricopa county DA says she will refuse to extradite him to New York because of Manhattan DA Bragg’s policies and actions. Says everybody will be safer if she keeps him in jail in Phoenix.

To my thinking he should to wherever the law requires, preferably to the state that has the strongest case to put this sludgecycle behind bars (or dead) for the longest amount of time.

I don't care of Maricopa DA likes DA Bragg or not. If DA Bragg has the strongest case AND best chance of getting him off the streets that's where he should go.

    Regards,

    Doug

Certainly need this POS off the street but even the strongest cases seem to vaporize when Bragg gets his slippery fingers on them.
