Nobody wants their stuff cut. For example, I would never post on an open public forum that all gov subsidies to farmers should be eliminated. No sir, no way.

I think that's the definition of oppressive government.

As a .gov-type, I can tell you the vast majority of .gov-types just go in and do their jobs. Some of my stacked-column charts are considered oppressive, but that's because sometimes I use a checkerboard pattern fill with purple and white.

I think DD is an IT guy with a certain DoD entity. We all know they are oppressive, but only to the end-users My retired pay comes from there, so whatever he needs to do to keep that happening is fine with me.
