Indiana University medical student Jon Pike used an ATM at Nick's English Hut, an iconic Bloomington bar and restaurant. He acknowledged the warning the machine gave him indicating it would charge an additional $1.50. Jon is now the front man for a class action lawsuit against Nick's, because the machine lacked a *sticker* or other posting that duplicated the [FONT=arial, sans-serif]electronic notice that he accepted during the transaction. At the time he made this transaction, a now-defunct federal law mandated that the fee be posted.
